This summer we onboarded three talented individuals to collaborate on special summer projects. Isabella Paschuini, Vitor Tavares and Fabrício Estay will be applying their superpowers and new learnings to expand the Flourish mission of empowering people to build positive money habits.
Isabella Paschiuni has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Rio de Janeiro Federal University (UFRJ) and a bachelor’s degree in communication and journalism from Rio de Janeiro State University (UERJ). She also has a Master of Business Administration and Marketing degree from Fundação Getúlio Vargas, a postgraduate degree in neuroscience and applied psychology from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and a postgraduate summer degree in Behavior science from Københavns Universitet — University of Copenhagen. At Flourish, she is applying her knowledge of behavioral science frameworks to help Flourish develop proprietary methods and blueprints that will contribute to an enhanced scientific approach to the business before starting her Master’s program at the London Business of Economics and Political Science, one of the best universities on this topic.
I chose Flourish because its solution was crafted from a human-realistic perspective, applying behavioral insights to help people create better financial habits. In the end, it’s all about improving the person using your solution. Also, I feel connected with Flourish as I share a similar background with the founders Pedro and Jessica. I was born and raised in a humble family in the outskirts of Rio de Janeiro with no privileges, so I know first hand the important role good financial habits play to help us flourish in life.
Fabrício Estay is studying accounting and finance at University of São Paulo (USP) and specializing in Project Management at Awari. He is doing his final study for his Awari course at Flourish, focused on applying the process of product development to enhance the product for the Brazilian market.
I started studying accounting to change my financial habits and in this process I discovered the power of education. Money is not a final destination for us, it is a way to change our lives and education is the path to do this.
Vitor Tavares is studying economics at University of California Los Angeles and is joining Flourish during his summer internship supporting end user research and product validation for our financial wellness features.
At Flourish we understand the pains of financial institutions and their customers, which leads to the creation of inclusive and personalized financial products, promoting good financial habits at a large scale. During my internship, I will learn how to create and market these products through the use of behavioral economics with the help of an amazing team!
We are happy to have so many projects running this summer and growing with such talented interns!
